Rick Silver, MD, is a psychiatrist and Founder/Director of THRIVE, an integrated mental healthcare center in Columbia, Maryland. He is the father of three daughters, two of whom have ADHD and have inspired his specialty in this work.
Anita Bajaj, MD, completed her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship as well as her General Psychiatry Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). She obtained her medical degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Brooklyn and a Masters Degree in Public Health focusing on Family Health from Columbia University. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in schools, residential, outpatient, emergency and inpatient settings.
