Ellen Callegary, Esq. has been a practicing attorney for thirty years and is a founding partner of the law firm of Callegary & Steedman, P.A., Ellen represents children and adults with disabilities to help them obtain appropriate special education and rehabilitation services. Ellen was an assistant attorney general for the State of Maryland, has lectured and written extensively on special education and health law, and has taught as a clinical law professor at University of Maryland School of Law.
