About the Program:

The transition to independent adulthood can seem endless, trying, frustrating and futile for many parents and children. Explore factors contributing to this delay in development and treatment options to help your teen or young adult transition to a productive, fulfilling independent life.

About the Speaker:

Dr. Silver, THRIVE’s director, feels that experiences he had with finding good care for two of his daughters with ADHD shaped the approaches he uses at THRIVE. “A comprehensive treatment plan, one that incorporates medication, coaching, self-care, grounding and support for the family, is the only effective way to deal with a potentially life-altering condition like ADHD. It’s also very important for the treatment team members to work closely together and coordinate their work with the patient.”

There is a $5 fee for non CHADD members.
