Coping with ADHD and/or Learning Difficulties at work is sometimes difficult but can sometimes be profitable.

The ADHD workplace support group provides adults opportunity to discuss work-related concerns and information dealing with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in the workplace.

No Cost •  Open to all • Everyone is welcome

There is no obligation to purchase refreshments, although HOPPING down to IHOP you can enjoy great coffee, soda, pancakes, sandwiches, etc.

By attending our discussion group you learn and share how others cope at work and get ideas which can make your daily work experiences more rewarding. All this is done in an informal atmosphere which respects all participants’ confidences. New participants are welcome.

These free and informal sessions led by an ADHD coach are an opportunity for adults to discuss with other adults a wide array of issues of concern—from time management to organizational strategies to family matters and work problems.

IMPORTANT: We recommend you park on the side of the church and enter through the chain link fence at the back. We are the third door on the back of the building. If you don’t see anyone when you look in that door.. peek in some other ones back there. Don’t come early. We don’t open the doors until 7 pm!

From Catonsville, Pikesville & Towson: Take I-695 Outer Loop to Exit 6B (Campe Meade Rd., South). Turn right at the first stop light onto Maple Rd., go one short block and turn right onto Sweetser Rd. Go one more block and turn right into the church parking lot.
